- Owning the full quality assurance lifecycle across all products.
- Designing and executing structured test plans based on business and system requirements.
- Translating user stories and acceptance criteria into detailed test scenarios.
- Detecting functional, logical, edge-case, and regression issues before release.
- Validating complex workflows across multi-role systems.
- Ensuring system behavior aligns precisely with documented requirements.
- Collaborating closely with Product, Analysts, and Engineering to clarify ambiguities before testing.
- Designing and maintaining regression test suites.
- Identifying recurring issue patterns and improving development quality standards.
- Using AI tools to accelerate test case creation, edge-case discovery, and coverage expansion.
- Recommending automation strategies where applicable.
- Acting as the final quality gate before production deployment.
Requirements
What Makes You a True Senior (Required)
- 8+ years of experience in software testing within production environments.
- Proven experience testing complex systems (B2B platforms, CRM systems, multi-role applications, workflow-heavy platforms).
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Ability to think in edge cases and system states, not just happy paths.
- Experience creating structured test plans and documentation.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify logical inconsistencies.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams in Agile environments.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- High ownership mindset, you are accountable for what reaches production.
- Strong written communication and defect reporting clarity.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience with test automation frameworks and modern tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
- Experience testing multi-tenant systems and role-based access models.
- Experience with integration testing and API testing tools (Postman, REST clients, automated API frameworks).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.
- Experience working in fast-scaling environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) beyond surface-level rituals.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments.
