Automation Development & Execution
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and API services.
- Build, optimize, and execute test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, JUnit/TestNG, Postman/Newman or similar.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Lead automation planning and strategy across projects.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and API testing.
- Identify quality gaps and ensure test coverage across all layers of the application.
- Perform root-cause analysis and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, product owners, Scrum Masters, and UX teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Guide junior testers and contribute to improving overall quality culture.
Documentation & Reporting
- Create and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and automation dashboards.
- Provide clear testing reports, defect logs, and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Technical Skills- 47+ years of hands-on experience in test automation.
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C# (Java preferred for fintech).
- Expertise with automation tools:
- Selenium WebDriver
- Cypress or Playwright
- Appium (mobile)
- REST API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
- Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
- Solid understanding of:
- CI/CD systems
- Version control (Git)
- SQL & database validation
- Testing microservices & distributed systems
