JOB PURPOSE
Develop, update, and monitor the asset management system in the Agencies and sectors of the Roads and Transport Authority, including all related policies, strategies, and processes, in accordance with international best practices and international standards.
KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Review the ISO 55001 external annual audit process, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the international standard for asset management, and provide regular progress reports.
- Collaborate with audit teams and stakeholders to address any identified non-conformities or areas for improvement, and develop/evaluate action plans to rectify deficiencies and enhance asset management practices.
- Identifying and monitoring risks related to assets and ensuring the presence of risk management plans and emergency response plans.
- Reviewing the KPIs related to the asset management system at the RTA level, analyzing their results, identifying areas for improvement, and submitting appropriate recommendations.
- Coordinate and monitor value management with relevant departments, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and adherence to the Value Management Standard - BS EN 12973, and provide regular progress reports.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
# Bachelor degree in Engineering, Master degree is preferred
# Minimum of 8 years of related working experience
