Job Description
As the business expands its scale of operations, product portfolio, and distribution footprint across multiple markets, this role will support digital transformation initiatives by mapping foods end-to-end processes, identify offshore-ready activities and support seamless offshore transition.
Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Plant Operations, and IT teams, this role will ensure technology initiatives enhance operational efficiency, customer service levels, sales execution capability, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
Knowledge and Skill
- Strong understanding of digital product development, UX principles, and agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in writing detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, including Epics and Features, and the ability to write technical user stories where functional input is limited.
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude etc.).
- Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
- Ability to interpret data to inform business decisions and measure feature performance.
- Understanding of solution architecture principles, microservices architecture, and system integration concepts.
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4 years focused on digital projects (e.g., mobile apps, websites, portals).
- Proven track record in working with digital product teams, UI/UX designers, and agile delivery teams.
- Strong background in customer journey analysis, process flows, process mapping, digital process improvement, and cross-platform requirement gathering.
