Senior Specialist - Commercial & Investment

Join RTA and play a key role in shaping and enhancing Commercial & Investment strategies. In this role, you will develop, implement, and monitor policies, frameworks, and mitigation strategies across projects and contracts.

You will assess risks, provide independent advisory on project performance, analyze data to drive improvements, and support decision-making to enhance efficiency and profitability. The role also involves benchmarking best practices, reviewing project methodologies, and supporting KPI development and performance monitoring.

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in project management, business models, and PPP, along with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any related field
• Must have atleast 6+ years of experience
• Must have experience in Project Management, Business Models & PPP
• Arabic Speaker preferred
• CFA certified
