Job Description

Job Summary:

The role is responsible for support and maintain all corporate support services matters such as event, management, staff welfare, building maintenance & security, and other related activities.

Main Accountability:

  • Space and occupancy planning.
  • Utilizes building, floor plan, seat supply data and headcount demand data to analyze asset occupancy and vacancy solutions within the administrative office building portfolio to proactively monitor occupancy levels and document proposed scenarios.
  • Identifying gaps or opportunities in supply, matches, estimates space needs related to programming requirements or to a Tawal building analysis. Prioritizes emerging space requirements along with longer term plans.
  • Creates blocking plans, stack plans, compile programming data (incorporating appropriate seat allocations using Corporate Properties current methodology), create programming documents, and related presentations.
  • Space & occupancy planning reviewing: new and existing space requests in queue and resolves these requests, documents the solution, coordinating with others as required.
  • Suggests other ways to efficiently utilize/optimize space within assigned. floors/buildings/markets.
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business.

  • Fallow up on all space management ticket of service request.
  • Process all suppler payment & following up finance team on it.
  • Test and inspection on building administration, (environment, health, safety)
  • Communicate workplace safety precautions to employees.
  • Coordination with (Finance on budgets & payments, Procurement on POs and new projects, and Technology team on all related tickets and tasks).
  • Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Line Manager to meet Department objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.

Experience:

3 years of experience.

Functional Expertise (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong ability in organizing office space and occupancy planning for a large corporation,
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and advanced skills in Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Proficiency in space management tools such as Tririga and Serraview.
  • AutoCAD experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to concurrently handle multiple projects, requests, and priorities independently.
