We execute premium marble works across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects from custom sinks and vanities to full-scale architectural finishes. We operate at the intersection of craft and precision.

Role Summary Own the technical office function end-to-end: drawings, shop drawing packages, cross-team coordination between factory and site, and execution follow-up all moving in parallel without dropping the ball.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret architectural drawings, specs, and contract documents for marble scope
  • Coordinate with factory/production on material requirements, cut lists, and fabrication feasibility
  • Liaise with site teams on installation sequencing, technical clarifications, and RFI management
  • Track submittals, approvals, and revision logs; escalate blockers proactively
  • Support quantity take-off and material scheduling for active projects
  • Maintain documentation standards across all project files
  • Flag technical and coordination risks before they become site problems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or Civil Engineering
  • 5+ years in a technical office or project coordination role
  • Marble, natural stone, or closely related sector experience (fit-out, façade, architectural finishes)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge of MS Office/Project
  • Able to read and mark up construction drawings independently
  • Strong coordination instincts you close loops, you don't leave them open

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience interfacing with a production/factory environment, not just site
  • Familiarity with Saudi construction project norms and consultant submission processes
  • Arabic/English bilingual (both will be used daily)

What Success Looks Like (30/60/90 Days)

  • 30 days: Fully onboarded on active projects; no technical submission lag
  • 60 days: Running the technical office independently; factory-site coordination flowing without escalation
  • 90 days: Identified and resolved at least one systemic coordination gap; contributing to process improvement

Compensation & Benefits Competitive package based on experience. Accommodation support available for relocating candidates. Iqama sponsorship provided.
