ADNOC Drilling is key to delivering the targeted increase in crude oil production capacity by 25% to 5 million barrels per day by 2030 and achieve UAE gas self-sufficiency.

JOB PURPOSE:

Support the development and delivery of financial communication strategies that promote ADNOC Drillingu2019s performance, financial results, and market positioning to key external stakeholders. Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely messaging related to earnings announcements, financial disclosures, investor materials, and business performance updates in alignment with ADNOC Group guidelines and regulatory requirements. Work closely with Finance, Strategy, and Communications to ensure financial narratives are clear, compliant, and aligned with corporate objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Job Specific Accountabilities

  • Supports preparation of financial communication materials including earnings announcements, market updates, performance summaries, and investor-related messaging.
  • Ensures clarity and accuracy of financial terminology, business performance data, and market positioning in all public-facing communications.
  • Aligns communication content with Finance, Strategy, and Investor Relations (as applicable).
  • Contributes to press releases, media statements, Q&A briefs, and talking points related to financial performance.
  • Coordinates with ADNOC Group Communications for approval workflows, timeline adherence, and governance compliance.
  • Assists in managing financial media inquiries in coordination with Corporate Communications and media relations functions.
  • Monitors financial media trends, competitor announcements, and sector financial communication practices to inform messaging improvements.
  • Tracks analyst commentary, market sentiment, and financial perception indicators relevant to ADNOC Drilling.
  • Drafts written content including performance narratives, annual report sections, fact sheets, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Collaborates with internal specialists on digital and external communications to ensure consistent online messaging and content publishing.
  • Ensures all financial communication outputs comply with regulatory, market disclosure, and group governance requirements.
  • Applies defined approvals, sign-off processes, and confidentiality controls for sensitive financial communications.
  • Interfaces with Finance, Strategy, Legal, and relevant ADNOC Group entities during reporting cycles and financial events.
  • Supports investor-facing events, conferences, and briefings as required (e.g., earnings calls, industry forums, financial roadshows).
  • Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Communications or equivalent.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

  • 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English & Arabic languages.
  • Must be Computer literate.
