Job Description
- Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as:
- Core HR
- Talent Management (Goals, Performance, Succession, Talent
- Review, Career Development)
- Recruiting Cloud
- Learning Cloud
- Compensation Management
- Absence Management and OTL (Optional)
- Design and implement approval workflows, security roles, and user access controls.
- Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide functional support for HCM modules.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and data security standards.
- Conduct UAT and training sessions for end-users.
- Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud releases and apply new features where relevant
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
- Oracle HCM certification (preferred)
- English and Arabic
- Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Modules (excluding Payroll):
- Core HR Workforce structures, person management, employment models.
- Talent Management Goals, Performance, Succession Planning.
- Recruiting Cloud Candidate selection process, requisition management, onboarding flow.
- Learning Cloud Course creation, enrollment, compliance tracking.
- Absence Management Leave types, accrual plans, eligibility rules.
- Benefits Plan configuration, enrollment windows, eligibility profiles.
- Strong knowledge of approval workflows, security roles, and user access management.
- Experience in data migration, validation, and reconciliation during implementations.
- Proficiency in reporting tools: OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, integration frameworks, and automation scripting for HCM.
- Understanding of Fusion architecture and related modules (Financials / SCM / HRMS).
- Technical skills: PL/SQL, XML, Fast Formulas, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
- Ability to identify functional gaps and provide solutions aligned with business needs.
