Job Description

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Contributing to monitoring the department's execution plans
  • Participating in committees and working groups as directed
  • Performing other related duties as assigned
  • Ensuring that all updates are reflected according to issued administrative decisions within the relevant systems
  • Preparing reports submitted to the Director General and providing technical advice regarding them
  • Reviewing institutional policies submitted by organizational units and their periodic reports according to the corporate documents policy standards
  • Proposing developmental initiatives in the department's field of work
  • Developing the current systems used by providing feedback on them based on feedback from organizational units and coordinating with the Institutional Technical Support Sector
  • Conducting benchmarking (desk/field) to develop work methods in the department/supporting required studies and preparing technical reports on their outcomes for the purpose of developing the department's work
  • Disseminating knowledge to department employees and authority staff in the department's fields of work and
  • the systems used through preparing and implementing awareness workshops
  • Ensuring that the department's work methods align with the Government Excellence System standards
  • Preparing, developing, and implementing the Corporate Document Management System (operational agreements/frameworks, service level agreements) and reporting on them
  • Preparing and updating the organizational structure review plan in coordination with the organizational units within RTA
  • Preparing and reviewing corporate documents related to the department's tasks, such as policies/processes, and proposing developmental aspects for them
  • Preparing technical studies related to requests from organizational units for organizational structure studies,
  • reviewing roles and responsibilities, and submitting proposals for approval by the concerned authorities

Education
