- Contributing to monitoring the department's execution plans
- Participating in committees and working groups as directed
- Performing other related duties as assigned
- Ensuring that all updates are reflected according to issued administrative decisions within the relevant systems
- Preparing reports submitted to the Director General and providing technical advice regarding them
- Reviewing institutional policies submitted by organizational units and their periodic reports according to the corporate documents policy standards
- Proposing developmental initiatives in the department's field of work
- Developing the current systems used by providing feedback on them based on feedback from organizational units and coordinating with the Institutional Technical Support Sector
- Conducting benchmarking (desk/field) to develop work methods in the department/supporting required studies and preparing technical reports on their outcomes for the purpose of developing the department's work
- Disseminating knowledge to department employees and authority staff in the department's fields of work and
- the systems used through preparing and implementing awareness workshops
- Ensuring that the department's work methods align with the Government Excellence System standards
- Preparing, developing, and implementing the Corporate Document Management System (operational agreements/frameworks, service level agreements) and reporting on them
- Preparing and updating the organizational structure review plan in coordination with the organizational units within RTA
- Preparing and reviewing corporate documents related to the department's tasks, such as policies/processes, and proposing developmental aspects for them
- Preparing technical studies related to requests from organizational units for organizational structure studies,
- reviewing roles and responsibilities, and submitting proposals for approval by the concerned authorities
