Senior Stakeholder Coordinator

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Stakeholder Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will get to

Senior Stakeholder Coordinator responsible for supporting stakeholder management activities across multiple infrastructure and development projects. The role involves coordinating with government authorities, utility providers, and internal project teams to facilitate approvals, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure smooth progress of design and construction activities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the planning and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies across assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with government authorities, utility providers, and external stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and NOCs.
  • Track and monitor stakeholder submissions, approvals, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain stakeholder registers, trackers, and communication records.
  • Support project teams in resolving stakeholder-related constraints and technical coordination matters.
  • Assist in preparing stakeholder presentations, reports, and coordination documentation.
  • Ensure alignment between project teams and external entities during design and construction phases.
  • Support compliance with authority requirements and regulatory procedures.

What Required Skills You'll Bring


  • 914 years of experience in infrastructure or development projects.
  • Experience coordinating with government authorities and utility stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of authority approval processes and stakeholder coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, or similar
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and track complex approval processes.

  • Familiarity with infrastructure and large-scale development projects.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Experience in UAE authority processes and approvals.
