The Senior Steels Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all steel-related construction activities, ensuring effective coordination, safe execution, and timely delivery across multiple work interfaces. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge and confident decision-making ability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage steel construction works from planning through execution.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and site teams to ensure alignment.
- Oversee subcontractors, fabrication activities, logistics, and site operations.
- Monitor progress, quality, safety, and schedule performance.
- Identify and resolve technical and site challenges proactively.
- Manage interfaces with other construction disciplines to support overall delivery.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in steel construction and project management.
- Experience working on complex construction projects.
- Strong background in fast-paced construction environments.
- Proven leadership and on-site decision-making capability.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
The role is project-based and may be assigned to Riyadh, Jeddah, or the Eastern region based on business needs.
