The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking OpenText Partner Manager to supercharge our collaboration with Capgemini across Middle East, Northern & Central Europe.

This is a high-visibility role where you'll shape strategy, drive revenue growth, and elevate one of our most important partnerships. If you thrive on building powerful relationships and influencing outcomes this is your stage.

What You're Great At

Owning the relationship with Capgemini as the go-to connection for all things OpenText strengthening alignment, trust, and joint success.

Building and executing account strategies that fuel growth, unlock new opportunities, and expand our impact in the region.

Developing strong, lasting relationships with senior leaders and key decision-makers within Capgemini.

Partnering closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams on both sides to create compelling, customer-focused solutions.

Spotting opportunities early and driving cross-sell and upsell motions across the full OpenText portfolio.

Leading regular business reviews to track performance, identify gaps, and co-create new initiatives.

Keeping a pulse on market trends, competitors, and new technologies to position OpenText solutions ahead of the curve.

Ensuring smooth project execution by working hand-in-hand with Capgemini's delivery teams and OpenText Professional Services.

Reporting progress, insights, and performance metrics that help shape our future strategy.

What It Takes

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Proven Partner Account Manager (or similar) experience within the services industry with direct Capgemini experience a must for this role.

Strong understanding of enterprise information management, especially content services and process automation.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence at all levels.

A natural relationship-builder with a passion for partner success.

Experience steering complex projects, long sales cycles, and GTM programs in a collaborative environment.

Strategic mindset with the creativity to design fresh, market-ready solutions.

Self-driven, team-oriented, and comfortable operating with autonomy.

Willing to travel for key meetings, workshops, and industry events.
