Job Description
- Develop and implement logistics capacity plans in coordination with teams, establishing a robust mechanism for plan execution and deployment.
- Design and optimize operational rules for logistics, including dispatch models, activities, partner pricing, and evaluation criteria, ensuring accountability for business outcomes and achievement of cost or experience targets.
- Lead strategic projects for the team, covering initiatives such as capacity acquisition and growth, regional deployment, and exploration of new logistics models. Coordinate cross-functional resources to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor the dynamics of the Middle East food delivery market and industry innovations, enabling iterative improvements in fulfillment models and strategy optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in internet strategy operations or strategy product management.
- Proficient in end-to-end project management, capable of coordinating resources across departments and efficiently executing projects, leading complex project planning and implementation.
- Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python), adept at identifying business pain points from multi-dimensional data, and quickly formulating and iterating targeted strategies.
- Goal-oriented, with strong self-motivation and resilience, capable of driving business growth under pressure. Adaptable to diverse international market environments, able to absorb experiences and rapidly develop innovative strategies.
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and communication, meeting the needs of international business collaboration.
- Based overseas, adaptable to a high-frequency cross-regional work model.
