I. Position Summary
The Senior Student Recruiter is a dynamic, target-driven professional responsible for the end-to-end management of the student enrollment
lifecycle. This role combines consultative B2C sales with dedicated admissions support to attract, convert, and onboard prospective
students into our partner university programs, directly contributing to institutional enrollment targets and revenue growth.
II. Core Objectives
Drive student enrollment and achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
Provide expert educational consulting to guide students through program selection and the admissions process.
Ensure a seamless, high-touch customer experience from initial inquiry to final enrollment and onboarding.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to ensure sustainable enrollment growth.
III. Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting (20%)
Actively generate new leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, social media engagement, and referrals.
Represent the company at education fairs, school visits, and networking events to build brand awareness and capture inquiries.
Utilize CRM systems to track, segment, and manage lead sources and prospecting activities.
2. Consultative Sales & Needs Assessment (25%)
Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective students and parents to understand academic backgrounds, career goals,
financial considerations, and personal preferences.
Expertly present and recommend suitable university programs, institutions, and destinations (local and international) that align
with the student's profile.
Articulate the value proposition of our services, handling objections and building a compelling case for enrollment.
3. Admissions Process Management (30%)
Guide students step-by-step through the entire application process: document preparation, form completion, personal statement
review, and submission.
Liaise directly with partner university admissions offices to track application status, advocate for the student, and secure
admission offers.
Ensure all conditions for acceptance (e.g., deposits, final transcripts, language test scores) are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records for each student file in the designated system.
4. Conversion & Enrollment Closure (15%)
Manage the offer stage, clearly explaining acceptance letters, fees, and next steps.
Facilitate the final enrollment process, including payment coordination and pre-departure or pre-registration briefings.
Achieve and exceed individual conversion rate targets from inquiry to enrolled student.
5. Post-Enrollment Support & Relationship Management (10%)
Conduct initial onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for the student.
Serve as the primary point of contact during the critical period between enrollment and program commencement.
Gather testimonials and referrals to support marketing efforts.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services (e.g., accommodation, visa support, insurance).

V. Qualifications & Requirements
1. Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2C sales, consultative selling, or educational consulting/admissions.
Prior experience in the international education sector, student recruitment, or university admissions is a strong advantage.
