Job Overview:

Cornerstone Development is looking for an experienced Senior Surveyor to join our Construction team. The ideal candidate should combine strong technical surveying knowledge with hands-on field experience and the ability to work effectively with surveying software and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate land, site, and construction surveys to support project execution.

• Operate surveying equipment effectively, including Total Station, Level, and other surveying instruments.

• Use surveying and engineering softwares, particularly AutoCAD, to prepare, review, and interpret survey drawings and data.

• Establish and verify coordinates, levels, benchmarks, boundaries, and reference points on site.

• Perform setting-out activities and ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

• Prepare accurate survey reports, measurements, calculations, and as-built data.

• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Technical Office, and Construction teams to ensure surveying requirements are properly implemented.

• Verify completed works and identify any discrepancies between site conditions and approved drawings.

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in surveying, preferably within reputable construction or real estate development companies.

• Bachelor's degree in Geography – Surveying Department is preferred, or a relevant degree/diploma from a recognized surveying institute.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and surveying-related software.

• Strong hands-on experience with surveying equipment and field surveying activities.

• Solid understanding of construction drawings, coordinates, levels, and setting-out procedures.

• Previous experience with well-established construction or real estate development companies is highly preferred.
