Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 IT Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing, enhancing, and developing our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint intranet and Teams, to ensure seamless usage for all company employees. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing a helpdesk tool within M365, curating IT policies and procedures, conducting training sessions, enforcing IT policies, and maintaining a digital asset log of company assets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer / Cloud Support Engineer or similar role
- Proven experience managing and enhancing Microsoft 365 tools, specifically SharePoint and Teams.
- Experience in managing IT aspects of HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Experience in developing IT solutions within the Microsoft 365 platform , including custom helpdesk tools.
- Strong knowledge of IT policies, compliance, and governance.
- Proven ability to develop and enforce IT policies for both in office and remote work environments.
- Experience with digital asset management and inventory control.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with all levels of management.
- Familiarity with software license management and IT asset tracking.
