Senior System Analyst

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior System Analyst based in Agouza, with the opportunity to work from home on select occasions. The Senior System Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and improving the functionality of IT systems, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and ensuring that system solutions align with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include conducting technical and feasibility assessments, preparing detailed documentation, collaborating with development teams, and supporting system implementation and troubleshooting as needed.

• Proficiency in Systems Analysis, Requirements Gathering, and Technical Documentation
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience in Business Process Analysis
• Strong skills in Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, and Troubleshooting
• Experience working with system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, network architecture, or telecom systems is preferred
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
