Senior System Engineer

Role:

• Manage and maintain Windows Server, RHEL, VMware, storage, firewall, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Design, implement, administer, and maintain Windows/Linux server infrastructure, virtualization, and enterprise storage environments.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and identity & access management
• Support infrastructure security hardening, access management, and compliance with IT governance standards.
• Administer enterprise hardware including Dell servers, Cisco switches, FortiGate firewalls, and Dell EMC storage.
• Support virtualization and container platforms such as VMware, OpenShift, and Kubernetes environments.
• Prepare infrastructure documentation, SOPs, reports, and support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills:

• Strong experience in Windows Server, Red Hat Linux (RHEL), VMware, and enterprise infrastructure support.
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise system administration.
• Strong experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, backup solutions, and enterprise storage.
• Familiarity with OpenShift/Kubernetes, Ansible, GitLab, and ITIL processes (Incident & Change Management).
• Good troubleshooting, vendor coordination, documentation, and infrastructure support capabilities.
