Key Responsibilities
- Timely Closure of Vacancies: Successfully close positions according to job requirements and within agreed timelines.
- Strategic Hiring Support: Partner with hiring managers to define competency needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Budget Compliance: Ensure all hires are within approved budgets.
- Candidate Journey Management: Coordinate pre-onboarding and maintain communication from job offer through the first working day.
- Adaptation Support: Assist new hires during their trial period for smooth integration.
- Project Initiatives: Launch and manage projects to improve recruitment outcomes and candidate experience.
