Job Overview:

Legend is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional who will independently manage senior and critical hiring while also building effective talent strategies to strengthen frontline and leadership hiring pipelines. This role requires a hands-on recruiter with strong ownership, cost awareness, and a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Senior & Critical Hiring

  • Independently manage end-to-end recruitment for senior, niche, and leadership roles
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans

Talent Strategy & Pipeline Building

  • Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to improve hiring pipelines for frontline and senior roles
  • Build proactive talent pools to reduce time-to-hire and agency dependency

Hiring Operations & Reporting

  • Track hiring numbers, open requisitions, closures, and ageing
  • Maintain accurate hiring dashboards and ATS data
  • Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring processes

Tools, Cost & Vendor Management

  • Select and utilize cost-effective sourcing tools and recruitment platforms
  • Optimize recruitment spend and manage vendors where required

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand

  • Own end-to-end candidate experience with timely communication and feedback
  • Strengthen Legend's employer brand through consistent and professional hiring practices

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 610+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong experience in senior and leadership hiring
  • Automotive industry experience preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment metrics
