We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment function and ensure a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while maintaining high standards of candidate experience and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support job postings across job boards, social media, Linkedin.
- Conduct initial CV screening to identify suitable candidates.
- Maintain and organize candidate databases for efficient tracking and follow-up.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage interview logistics, including meeting rooms, virtual links, and confirmations.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records within the ERP / ATS system.
- Assist in generating recruitment reports and tracking hiring progress.
- Provide prompt responses to candidate inquiries and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support recruitment-related administrative tasks and special projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Advance in English.
- Very good knowledge of Excel.
- Advance knowledge in LinkedIn Recruiter and executive search.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
