Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist with deep expertise in the Egyptian software market and IT outsourcing industry. This role will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent across software engineering, product, data, DevOps, cloud, and emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate has a strong network in the local tech ecosystem, understands outsourcing dynamics (nearshore/offshore models), and can effectively hire for high-volume and niche technical roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and mid-level technical roles.
  • Partner closely with Engineering Managers, CTOs, and Delivery Heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for:
  • Backend & Frontend Engineers - Full Stack Developers - Mobile Developers -DevOps & Cloud Engineers- Data Engineers & Data Scientists-QA Automation Engineers -Tech Leads & Architects
  • Source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, tech communities, referrals, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and local tech events.
  • Build strong pipelines for outsourcing and project-based hiring models.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure time-to-fill targets are met.
  • Conduct structured technical screening interviews.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives within the Egyptian tech market.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously optimize hiring strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • +3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years focused on software/technical recruitment.
  • Proven experience hiring within IT outsourcing or software service companies.
  • Proven track record hiring senior software engineers and technical leaders.
  • Strong understanding of software development technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Node.js, React, Angular, Flutter, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML).
  • Experience recruiting within the Egyptian market and familiarity with local compensation benchmarks.
  • Strong sourcing expertise and headhunting skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
