Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing and executing effective hiring strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The individual will also strengthen employer branding to position AMC as a competitive employer in the job market.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and evaluating candidates
  • Experience in Employer Branding and attracting top talent
  • Proven ability to execute effective Recruiting strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
