Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and offer management.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles and ensure proactive talent sourcing.
  • Conduct reference checks and salary negotiations in coordination with management.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for process improvement.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Mentor and support junior recruitment team members.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in campus recruitment, job fairs, and other talent acquisition events as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
