Purpose of the role:

The Senior Talent Acquisition role is responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with business objectives. The role plays a key part in strengthening the organization's talent pipeline, enhancing employer branding, and partnering with business leaders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes that support growth and organizational success.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned roles, from sourcing to selection and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and ensure accurate assessment of candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Enhance employer branding and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire) and continuously improve hiring processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
• Support talent acquisition initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within a corporate or fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring priorities and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing.
