Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Abo Rawash industrial location. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, enhance employer branding, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the interviewing and onboarding process. Additionally, you will maintain detailed records, stay up-to-date with recruitment trends, and contribute to workplace culture initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and strong expertise in talent acquisition processes.
  • Skilled in Hiring and Interviewing to identify top talent and assess candidate qualifications effectively.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment
  • Proven experience in hiring Blue Collar & White Collar positions
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
  • Ability to manage high-volume hiring and meet recruitment deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
  • Experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience within the manufacturing or cable industry is a plus.
