Classera is looking for a
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong
EdTech or technology-sector experience to lead end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and highly skilled in
headhunting, sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms, with the ability to close roles efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, product, and business roles within the EdTech domain
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
- Execute active headhunting strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and direct search
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure high-quality shortlists
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes while ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, pipelines, and reporting using ATS tools
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Support employer branding initiatives relevant to the EdTech market
- Ensure recruitment processes align with internal policies and timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 34 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within EdTech, SaaS, or Technology companies
- Proven experience in headhunting and direct sourcing
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and platforms such as:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Job portals (e.g., Bayt, Wuzef Indeed, Naukrigulf, etc.)
- ATS systems
- Strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
- Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Preferred Requirements
- Experience hiring for engineering, product, data, or digital roles
- Familiarity with EdTech business models and fast-scaling environments
- Experience in regional hiring (MENA preferred)
