This is a hybrid position based in Cairo, Egypt.
About the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier technology professionals. You will partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand business needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, from job brief to offer stage.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize multiple channelsLinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and talent communitiesto source qualified candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring alignment with both role requirements and company culture.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and future roles.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice in the tech industry.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 57 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years recruiting for technology or software roles.
- Proven success managing high-volume and specialized hiring in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for people, technology, and building high-performing teams.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
