Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist located in UAE. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and hiring. The specialist will also focus on employer branding and developing strategies to attract top talent. Day-to-day tasks include posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, and Hiring
• Skills in Employer Branding and developing recruitment strategies
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a similar industry or multinational company is a plus
