Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, based on-site in Heliopolis. The primary responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, designing and driving employer branding initiatives, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The role involves creating job descriptions, sourcing and assessing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. You will also contribute to improving recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Strong skills in Interviewing and assessing candidates effectively
• Proficiency in creating and implementing Employer Branding strategies to attract diverse talent
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in talent acquisition or HR within the healthcare or consultancy industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
