Role Description

Vanilla Wear is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, on-site position located in Badr City. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, employing innovative talent acquisition strategies, and maintaining a strong employer brand to attract top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. This position is integral to building and retaining a high-performing workforce to support the company's continued growth in the garment industry.

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Strong skills in Employer Branding and strategies for enhancing organizational appeal
• Proficient in conducting Interviews and assessing candidates effectively
• Solid experience in Recruiting within a fast-paced or industry-specific environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet hiring goals
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment-related tools
• Prior experience in the garment industry or related sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
