Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Heliopolis. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, manage employer branding initiatives, and collaborate with department heads to identify and meet hiring needs. Daily tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, enhancing the candidate experience, and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
• Hands-on experience with Hiring processes and Interviewing techniques
• Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies to build and promote a positive company image
• Strong Recruiting skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience 3 to 5 years in a similar role
