Job Description

Our client is a large, fast-paced industrial organization operating in the fertilizer and chemical manufacturing sector, with a strong footprint in Egypt.

The company is known for disciplined governance, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture. As part of its continued growth and workforce needs, the organization is strengthening its Talent Acquisition team and is seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support critical hiring across plant and corporate functions.

Work Location: Sokhna Plant (On-site)

Job Purpose

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, ensuring timely delivery, quality hiring decisions, and an excellent candidate experience. The role partners closely with hiring managers to define requirements, advise on market availability, drive direct sourcing/headhunting, and ensure recruitment activities align with governance and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding handover.
  • Partner with hiring managers to validate job requirements, clarify role scope, and define selection criteria.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, headhunting, referrals, and networking.
  • Deliver structured interviewing processes and ensure fair, consistent candidate evaluation.
  • Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and sourcing strategies to guide decisions.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, stakeholder alignment, and candidate communication to maintain speed and quality.
  • Support offer negotiation, manage candidate expectations, and improve offer acceptance rates.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS/trackers and report key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health).
  • Ensure adherence to confidentiality, ethical standards, and recruitment governance requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in TA processes, templates, and stakeholder experience.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience

  • 57 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with proven delivery on mid to senior-level hiring.
  • Strong experience in direct sourcing/headhunting is essential.
  • Exposure to hiring within industrial, manufacturing, heavy industry, or similarly fast-paced environments is a plus.

Technical & Systems Knowledge

  • Strong hands-on capability in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and pipeline building.
  • Solid experience with ATS/CRM tools, recruitment tracking, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills (structured interviews/scorecards).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting documentation.

Work Conditions

  • On-site role Sokhna Plant
  • Full-time position
  • 5 working days per week | 8 hours per day (2 days off)
