Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Heliopolis. The specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet the company's workforce needs. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, developing an employer branding strategy, and utilizing innovative recruitment methods to identify and attract top talent. The role also involves building strong relationships with internal teams and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and evaluating candidates to match organizational needs
  • Experience in Employer Branding to enhance company visibility and attract top talent
  • Demonstrated expertise in Hiring and Recruiting within the construction, fit-out, or similar industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
