Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Cornish Elmaadi
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support).
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for all key positions, ensuring readiness for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment as a continuous, ongoing process, not only in response to immediate hiring requests.
- Conduct recruitment analysis by tracking and analyzing key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate).
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and insights.
- Use recruitment data to identify gaps, improve sourcing strategies, and optimize hiring processes.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Financial experience preferred.
- Proven experience in proactive sourcing, pipeline management, and recruitment analytics.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment systems and ATS platforms.
- Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work under pressure
