Role Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, aiming to attract and retain top-quality talent. Primary responsibilities include creating and executing employer branding strategies, coordinating interviews, and building strong candidate pipelines. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and a strategic approach to workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
• Skills in Recruiting and Hiring to identify, attract, and onboard top talent
• Proficiency in Employer Branding, with a focus on promoting the organization as an employer of choice
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and candidates
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
