Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Cairo, Egypt. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on the real estate industry, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. You will execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent while strengthening the company's presence in the competitive job market. Additionally, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in real estate recruitment is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
• Strong experience in Interviewing and Recruitment strategies targeted at the real estate sector
• Expertise in Employer Branding initiatives to enhance the company's talent acquisition strategy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
