Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a comprehensive portfolio of vacancies across various departments, from high-priority roles to leadership-level requisitions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from intake to onboarding.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing tactics (leveraging headhunting, professional networks, and social media) to build a robust talent pipeline and meet company hiring targets.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and executive leadership to define manpower requirements, gather selection criteria, and provide expert market insights and talent consultation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert within the team, providing guidance and informal mentorship to junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, and offer negotiations.
  • Filter applicant profiles, conduct initial screenings, and lead structured competency-based interviews (CBI) to evaluate cultural fit and technical capabilities.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs, university recruitment, and industry networking events to boost the employer brand and attract passive talent.
  • Negotiate competitive job offers, communicate employment terms, and manage the orientation and onboarding process for new hires.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Source Effectiveness) to optimize processes. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the Head of TA.
  • Assist in generating quarterly analytical turnover reports by analyzing exit interview feedback. Partner with the Organization Development (OD) team and Hiring Managers to update job descriptions based on evolving business needs.
  • Follow up with hiring managers regarding new hires performance evaluations during their probation periods.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a fast-paced or corporate environment.
  • Leadership Traits: Proven ability to influence stakeholders and a strong desire to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Analytical Skills: Solid data awareness with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics to drive process improvements.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, with the agility to manage multiple competing priorities.
