Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Senior/Team Leader BIM Architect to join our team on-site at our office in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves leading and coordinating architectural BIM projects, managing teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality BIM outcomes. You will leverage your expertise to oversee modeling, design development processes, identify and resolve project clashes, and ensure alignment with client expectations and project standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive skills and experience in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and tools, including Revit till LOD 500
• Strong abilities in Project Management and Team Leadership
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Prior experience in leading BIM teams and delivering complex architectural projects
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and modern construction technologies is a plus
