Job Purpose
One of our main clients is looking for a Senior Team Leader to join the Governors Office. This critical role will provide strategic leadership, operational coordination, and administrative oversight across high-level government initiatives. The selected candidate will act as a trusted advisor and team leader within the Governor&aposs Office, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of policies, programs, and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team supporting the Governors Office operations.
- Coordinate with various governmental departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide high-level administrative and policy support to executive leadership.
- Draft, review, and manage official communications, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor key initiatives and ensure timely execution of projects and directives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth flow of information and collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to governmental policies, protocols, and performance standards.
- Represent the Governors Office in official meetings and committees as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in public administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field (masters degree preferred).
- Minimum of 710 years of experience in senior administrative or leadership roles, preferably within a governmental or executive office.
- Strong understanding of government structure, policies, and interdepartmental coordination.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic fluency is an advantage (if applicable to region).
