What You'll Do
Own full-cycle hiring for engineering and tech roles across Egypt (Alexandria), Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and other locations.
Build strong talent pipelines, especially in Egypt's fast-growing tech scene.
Partner with Hiring Managers to define roles, advise on market realities, and improve our hiring process.
Represent Sana Commerce with energy you'll excite candidates about our culture, mission, and international journey.
Drive continuous improvement: new sourcing tactics, smarter processes, better candidate experience.

What You Bring
At least 5 years of tech recruiting experience, ideally in MENA.
Deep familiarity with the Egyptian tech talent landscape is required.
Strong sourcing skills, great communication, and a make it happen mindset.
A team player who enjoys both strategy and hands-on recruiting.
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate, and eligble to work here.
