The firm has completed notable projects across the MENA region, including shopping malls, banks, corporate office buildings, hospitality structures, governmental facilities, retail outlets, as well as luxury residential palaces and villas. B5 DESIGN specializes in turnkey project solutions, covering concept design, design development, detailed drawings, fit-out execution, and furnishings.

Role Description

B5 DESIGN is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Architect to join our team in Cairo, Egypt, for a full-time on-site role. The Senior Technical Architect will oversee technical architecture, Interior design working drawings and details, ensuring alignment with project requirements and client expectations. Responsibilities include developing technical IFT packages , coordination with other engineering trades ensuring seamless system integration, and providing technical guidance to the team. The role requires effective communication between teams to ensure project efficiency and excellence in execution.

Qualifications
Minimum

1
5 years over all experience 5 of them in a managerial position.
Proficiency in Technical Architecture and interior design detailing and working drawings, including the ability to develope, coordinate and implement technical solutions.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience in developing and producing complete technical drawibgs packages including drawings , BOQs and specifications.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership qualities, collaborative working style, and ability to mentor team members.
Proficiency in Autocad and relevant technical softwares.
A bachelor's degree in Architecture or ainterior design
