Technical Architect (Vertical Assets)
a Senior Principal level, for hospitality and mix-use office buildings
- Adaptive reuse & retrofit expertise: integrating new vertical assets with heritage structures and constrained brownfield conditions.
- Advanced site engineering coordination: foundations in difficult soils, vibration control near heritage sites, and utility relocations.
- Knowledge of deconstruction/recycling methods for existing buildings and materials
- Experience designing mixed-use towers with hospitality, retail, and office functions in synergy with metro/BRT accessibility.
- Technical coordination of mobility interfaces: basement parking, service cores, pedestrian flow studies, vertical circulation
- Mastery of high-performance building envelopes for Riyadh's hot-arid climate (solar shading, double-skin façades, passive cooling).
- Experience with LEED, WELL, and Estidama/Saudi Green Building codes.
- Expertise in energy modeling, water reuse, and smart building technologies for hospitality and office operations.
- Proficiency in BIM (Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD) for multidisciplinary coordination.
- Deep knowledge of high-rise construction methods, prefabrication, and modular systems.
- Experience producing technical specifications, contract packages, and value-engineering reviews.
- Oversight of construction sequencing in dense, heritage-sensitive urban cores.
15–20 years professional practice, with significant track record in high-rise hospitality and mixed-use projects
- Master's in Architecture / Technical Architecture / Building Engineering.
- Chartered Architect (RIBA, AIA, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated expertise in brownfield urban regeneration within dense, historic contexts.
- Proven leadership in design-to-delivery of TOD-integrated developments.
