Senior Technical Architect Ultra-Luxury Hospitality

Salary: Up to AED 35,000 per month (depending on experience)
An international architecture firm with a strong presence in the Middle East is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to join its Dubai studio. The practice is recognised globally for delivering ultra-luxury hospitality and resort projects for world-class operators and developers.
This role is 100% technical and suited to an experienced architect who thrives in the detailed delivery of complex, high-end hospitality projects from developed design through to construction and handover.
The Role
As a Senior Technical Architect, you will play a critical role in the technical delivery of flagship hospitality projects, working closely with design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure the highest standards of buildability, quality, and compliance.
You will be responsible for leading technical packages, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, resolving complex site and construction issues, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with international best practice and local authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and delivery of ultra-luxury hospitality and resort projects
- Produce and review detailed construction documentation and technical packages
- Manage technical coordination with structural, MEP, faade, interior, and specialist consultants
- Ensure full compliance with local authorities, codes, regulations, and international standards
- Resolve complex technical and construction challenges through all project stages
- Review shop drawings, materials, mock-ups, and technical submittals
- Attend and contribute to technical meetings, workshops, and site coordination sessions
- Support project teams during tender, construction, and handover phases
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality, accuracy, and technical excellence
- Mentor and technically guide junior architects and BIM teams where required
About You
- Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 1015+ years of architectural experience, with a strong focus on technical delivery
- Proven experience delivering ultra-luxury hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, branded residences)
- Strong background working for international consultancy architecture firms
- Excellent knowledge of construction detailing, materials, faade systems, and hospitality standards
- Extensive experience in Revit (essential)
- Strong understanding of UAE authorities, codes, and approval processes
- Confident in consultant coordination and contractor engagement
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
