Our multidisciplinary team seamlessly integrates Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors, and Supervision to deliver innovative, design-led, and value-driven real estate assets that define Dubai's evolving skyline and lifestyle landscape.
As a Senior Technical Architect reporting to the Lead Technical Architect and based at our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards Office in Dubai, you will be an integral part of the Residential Schematic Team. Your primary focus will be the development and coordination of mechanical systems for AZIZI's residential projects.
Responsibilities include
- Manage and complete assigned architectural design tasks (Internal/external) and providing clear feedback and support to the Lead Architect and other discipline leads.
- Staying up to date with industry trends.
- Delegate tasks to junior and BIM team members and provide clear direction/instructions.
- Report architectural design tasks progress status reports to lead architect.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within scheduled timelines and as per Azizi Developments Standards.
- Assist in the architectural design production delivery, QAQC review of all internal/external disciplines, Authority Submissions and marketing packages.
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams like specialists, sub consultants, procurement and Azizi sales departments.
- Maintaining a positive attitude, working environment and continuous team support.
- Assist in maintaining effective Architectural Design delivery and quality control.
- Working closely with Lead Architect to understand the projects design brief and objectives.
- Assist in managing and reviewing all technical design packages developed by all in house disciplines and external Sub consultants.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement & marketing, to integrate/meet project functional and sales requirements.
- Assist in resolving daily delivery issues and report any potential delays to lead architect in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear communication with the lead architect, design delivery team and stakeholders to ensure progress and manage expectations.
- Contribute to team development to foster a creative and efficient design delivery environment.t
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor of Science (M.Sc. Science preferred) in Architecture
- Proven experience in BIM modeling and technical coordination for residential or mixed-use developments
- Knowledge of Dubai building codes, local regulations, and compliance standards relevant to residential and mixed-use projects
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Architecture
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges proactively
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate, and buildable designs
