Candidate should have implementation experience in Microsoft Technologies like Active Directory, Exchange On -Prem, Office 365 and Hyper-V Windows (DNS/RADIUS, DHCP)
Hands-on experience is a must and technologies last used must be one-two years.
Active Directory and Group Policy deployment and Troubleshooting
Exchange On-Prem and Office 365 migration projects
Office 365- Exchange online, MS Teams, one drive, O365 security and Tenant to Tenant Migration
Configuration and Management of ADFS environment.
Configure and Manage Azure AD Connect server
Manage Entra ID and conditional access policy and Windows Hello for business
Configure and troubleshoot Terminal servers (RDS), Windows Clustering
Should have strong experience in SCCM 2012 / version 1802,1806,1810 & 1902 and Intune Endpoint Configuration manager
Experience on AAD/Intune Centralized Application Management deployment and support
Experience on Windows servers upgrade from legacy latest version
Windows SCCM patch management and windows security baseline deployment and testing
Develop project document, update internal documentation and configuration items
Proactive in resolving support request escalated from services delivery team.
Willing to work on flexible schedule depending on business need
Technical SME for the technologies listed below in the Competency table.
Critical customer incidents/breakdowns, troubleshooting them within the agreed service levels for self and team.
Execute Health Check services and closure along with the team for AMC customers.
