Purpose of the Job:
To perform technical office mechanical functions, including preparing and reviewing workshop drawings, reviewing mechanical design drawings, conducting quantity surveying for all mechanical works, and preparing and submitting material submittals in compliance with project specifications and standards.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients and consultants to ensure technical alignment and timely approvals.
- Prepare and submit mechanical material submittals to consultants in accordance with project requirements.
- Review mechanical design drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and constructability.
- Prepare detailed mechanical shop drawings and coordinate submissions for consultant approval.
- Review and revise subcontractor shop drawings, releases, and quantity take-offs.
- Coordinate and cooperate with the Supply Chain team regarding mechanical materials and subcontractor (SC) requirements to support project execution and schedules.
