The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to lead the development of complex product features and integrations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who has transitioned into product management and can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and engineering execution.
The position is fully remote, with the requirement that the candidate is based in Egypt and able to collaborate with distributed engineering and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap for technical and integration-heavy features.
- Translate business and customer requirements into detailed technical product specifications.
- Work closely with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, integrations, and system design.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and solution design workshops.
- Define and manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary interface between product, engineering, and stakeholders.
- Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and technical dependencies.
- Support go-live activities, releases, and post-launch improvements.
- Analyze product performance and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technology roles, including product management.
- Prior hands-on experience as a software engineer, developer, technical consultant, or integration specialist is mandatory.
- Proven experience working on SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, and system design.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working on AI-driven products, machine learning platforms, or LLM-based systems is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working remotely with cross-functional, distributed teams.
